Blue Ridge Animal Hospital is the best! I love Dr. Tracy and her staff. They are all so very nice and I have complete trust in them regarding the care of our fur babies. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
This veterinarian and staff are highly qualified, caring and compassionate. Dr Tracy takes her time to thoroughly examine my dogs and cat and makes sure that you understand,their issues,discusses treatment plans,etc. The fur babies are handled gently and with respect. My Tibetan Spaniel will be 17 in Oct and is doing well, considering she has been treated for pancreatitis for a number of years. She responds very well to the acupuncture treatments, as well. They have special accommodations for pets the are frightened and is the only practices in the area that has AHHA certification for the treatment of cats. If it was possible I'd give them a 10!
Dr. Tracy and the staff were extra gentle with our Dog Chopper and I could tell he truly appreciated it as he does not like going to the vet they made the whole situation much more tolerable for him and his ear problems.
Fantastic customer service. I went as a new customer because I felt I needed a second opinion. They spent the time to figure out the problem. My dog is on the right track now and much more comfortable and lively. I'm so glad I gave them the chance to help.
Absolutely amazing staff! Had the best veterinarian visit I've ever had. They are thorough, informative, and most of all caring.
