Jeff Hallauer, our salesperson, was patient and knowledgeable, showing us the recliners we had asked to see and, also, chairs of a higher quality. The better recliner suited our needs perfectly. We chose a fabric to blend with our decor and placed an order seamlessly. After searching several furniture stores in the area, Virginia Furniture Market was the right choice!
We have been looking at furniture for quite a while now and kept coming back to Virginia Furniture Market. They have a great variety and our Salesman, John Hale was great, very informative about how to care for our furniture, the different types of furniture fabrics and leathers. (I learned a lot about furniture!) We took a long time to decide and John was very patient and didn't crowd us while we made our decision but was always close by if we had a question.
We stopped in your store in Bedford to look for recliners. The sales person Kate was very helpful and knowledgeable about the different recliners carried in your store. We ended up buying 2 recliners! The only negative with our experience is the recliners were not available at this time and we will have to wait 2-4 weeks for them to come in.
Virginia Furniture Market has a variety of furniture that is different than you will find at other furniture stores. We were looking for rustic pieces and they have more than we have seen anywhere else. We choose a rustic bedroom set because it had more character than the normal ones you can buy anywhere. The staff was very friendly and helpful too.
