As always Schewels of Bedford have met and exceeded my needs. My recent bedroom suite purchase was the first purchase I had made for a while. I stocked my new house a few years ago so I really did not need any furniture for a while, but when I did need something Schewels of Bedford was the first stop. Yes, there are lots of other places I could have went, but none that would give me the kind of service that I get when I go to Schewels of Bedford. I call up my sales person (Teresa) and tell her what I'm looking for and she goes to work. If she has something in the store she tells me to come in and take a look, if not she checks her other stores or even catalogs to find what I want even when I don't always know what I want. The store manager (Brian) always comes out and greets me every time I come in and we play catchup on everything that has happened since the last time we spoke. If there is ever a problem Brian and Teresa always to work to fix it so that I have the best experience possible. The girls in the back are always smiling and eager to help in any way possible. Don't leave out the delivery staff who break their backs to carefully deliver anything I choose even if sometimes it will barely fit through my front door.
This is a wonderful Furniture Store the staff are so helpful and friendly and the prices are great!
I love this place! Bought my first couch here! I had no credit and they helped me start out. Couldn't ask for better customer service!! These people are amazing, some of them are really eager to make a sale however they are really fun to deal with and work with you no matter what. I LOVE SCHEWELS!!!!!!
I would like to take the time to thank the staff at Schewels of Bedford for making my furniture shopping needs less of a chore and more enjoyable. I go in and hang out with friends and in return take home some nice furniture.
I have been along time customer of Schewels for a least 35yrs. I remember my first purchase was a TV that was sold to me by sale person Teresa Toliver at that time. She has always been the sale person that has assist me with all my purchases. My experience with them is always great each time I go into the Bedford Store. Every one is always so nice and very helpful. No matter what I am doing maybe making a payment, just want to look around,or making a purchase. I also love that everyone there always greet you by your name. To me that makes you feel like part of the family that they have there.When you live in a small community like Bedford that means a lot. I would rate the Bedford store a Five Star. Brain Falls the manager and his team are wonderful. Thank you guys for being here for ours community.
A week after this purchase I was back to purchase a recliner for my mother-in-law. After purchasing the chair and giving it to her we realized that it was a job for her to even operate the nice new recliner. Because of her size she was unable to reach the recline lever. After calling the store we were able to return the chair and purchase a lift chair that would better suit her needs. I don't know if I would have gotten this same consideration anywhere else.
