I am not able to comment or rate the quality of service yet but if the staff has too many appointment obligations to keep them, that does not bode well for the patient "to be".
Daughter became a (new) patient here and has her first appointment rescheduled on short notice. The new appointment was then cancelled with no new date given, all in one week. As such, she has not been seen by a caseworker.
Pretty good councilors.
