The doctors have all been friendly, caring and more knowledgeable than average. Staff is pleasant.

This place is 1 big scam! Shame on whomever gave the doctors they're degrees to hurt people the way they do with a cold heart! I scheduled my husband an appointment at bedford division because it was closer to home even though I drove him 1 hour to get there. He was taking 3-1 mg klozapam per day which was prescribed by previous doctor we left for insurance purpose reasons only! He had been on same dose for 5 years!
We went to this division June 29th 2017 and was told he needs to be tappered off but slowly so no withdrawal side effects so we tapper down 2-1 mg klozapam per day. We called to get new refill with new schedule for tapering more and after calling multiple times with an I'll call you back then calling on call doctor for 1 week. I got upset cause of no calls or cares for my husband so i called and demanding speaking to the doctor. Well i waited 45 minutes and finally the doctor was on the phone. He then explained he didn't care if my husband went through withdrawals that can cause seizures and even death. His remark exactly "I don't care, he will be alright"! If anyone calls this so called doctor good you have lost your mind! So, I took him to another doctor outside of this practice, that didn't work either! The doctor from Bedford Johnson's health care center put something in his chart to where it screwed him! My husband is now in wirhdrawls and I have to explain to my 12,5,and 3 year old daddy's sick! Shame on y'all and carma is a b*t*h!
