A great local business! They greeted me upon walking into the store and made sure that I was a part of the entire process! I was in a bind, and they made my flower arrangement on the spot! Great service and great product!
They went above and beyond all my expectations for my parents 60th wedding anniversary. I ordered the arrangement blind, with just the florist phone number while driving home from Montana. My Mom went on and on about how beautiful the arrangement was. I started to feel a little bad for taking the credit, since I never even saw what I sent. They made Mom and Dad happy, and that's all that matters. Today is Mom's 81st birthday, and Frederic's is getting my business again.
I just had to write to say "thank you, thank you, thank you, and thank you again" to the whole gang that works at the store. They have helped me on many, many occasions when it came to getting flowers to certain people, places, and whatever else I needed at the last minute !!! I wanted to send flowers to my Aunt that lives in Ohio for Mother's Day.........yep, this old lady forgot........so it was right at closing time for the store on that Saturday and explained to Mary (and the gang) that I was in panic mode. They had helped me out within 3 minutes and the most beautiful rose bush was delivered to my Aunt before I even called my Aunt the next morning at 10:00 on Mother's Days !!! This is only one time of the many times that they have helped me out when it came to ordering flowers thru the years. Thanks again to "the gang" for all you have done for me and my family. You all are the BEST......just like the people of Bedford voted your flower shop the BEST in town. Iris Boyd
I've never used this business and I surely will never!! I called the owner today and asked if he would sell flowers to a elementary school for a fundraiser at his cost. Not once did I say, would you donate. We are willing to buy them. He asked me if I dropped something on my head this morning and proceeded to rudely say absolutely not. Not this close to Valentine's Day!! I guess he is too greedy to order more roses and get paid what he has in them than to help out a local school. He may do a lot of charity events, but by the tone and his actions today I highly doubt it. I would never talk to a customer the way he did me today. I don't ask for handouts and didn't expect anything for free. Greed is a horrible thing.
