Wow, is all I can really say. I took my two rat terriers there for a deshedding treatment with a full cleaning (bath, brush, teeth cleaned, nails trimmed...in other words "The Works" as I like to call it), they have never looked better! It has been a solid 3 days and not a single hair has dropped from their bodies! Plus the smell that was emanating has been replaced by a wonderful scent that makes me want to have them jumping on me for hugs and kisses more. Granted I do this either way, smelly or not!
The owner Jen was on hand when I came in to drop off my dogs to answer any questions I had as well as her employee Kelly. Both were very courteous and very helpful!
Jennifer is the best. I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else! She does a great job and runs a terrific business.
If you are looking for the best grooming business in Bedford VA or surrounding areas I highly recommend this place! The staff are respectful and HIGHLY professional! Unlike big businesses the Paw Wash made me feel as if I was important to them and they showed me the true meaning of excellent customer service! Also their prices were completely reasonable for the level of benefits my dogs received. I haven't seen my two ratties this happy about getting groomed in a long time!

Called at noon and left my Friend at 1p.m. the same day. Jennifer was so good and Snick has never looked better!!!! Pleasant, patient,courteous and VERY thorough. We'll be returning
Always get a pleasant welcoming reception, my Sasha is always groomed beautifully , and smelling great. The prices are extremely fair considering what they actually have to do for my dog to look and smell that good! They won't keep your dogs all day either, well not mine, I know it may take longer for bigger , hairier dogs, anyway, Sasha usually takes 3 1/2 - 4 hrs. It just depends what's going on that day. The only problem is even though they've parking out front, it's usually full unless it's fairly early. But if you basically pass the shop and take the next right , then two more, the last one is into a parking lot behind/beside The strip mall , park anywhere u want( it doesn't have to be a space with a paw wash sign) and when facing Main St. ,There will be a brick building to ur right with a deck. Stay near that until you reach the sidewalk, then go right and the middle store front is The Paw Wash. Basically, go in a big circle. It's always a pleasant experience, and I think Sasha thinks so too.

Tux looks handsome as always! His groomer, Heather, always does a great job and Tux loves her! She always asks to make sure what we are looking to accomplish with the grooming and makes suggestions for the best result. The Paw Wash has a flexible appointments, reasonable prices for all they offer, good communication. Look forward to the next time!
